Our small Cycladic style holiday village Limnionas Village is embedded in a spacious ancient olive grove by the sea.

Limnionas Village is a family-run holiday resort with 8 cottages built in Cycladic-style.
Each bungalow is individually and tastefully furnished and provides a combined bed and living room, a bathroom with shower and W.C., a kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator, electric kitchen stove, dishes for at least 4 people), a fireplace and a private patio with barbecue. Kitchen laundry and towels (not for the beach) are provided as well. Within the resort there is an area for yoga, pilates or other exercises and a small multilingual library. Depending on the cottage there is room for 2 - 5 people.
Each one of the eight cottages has its own charm and unique atmosphere. We hope that you can find the right one for your holidays by looking through the descriptions. If you need further details, do not hesitate to contact us.
The unique location away from tourist-centres allows for a good mixture of quiet and active holidays, with swimming, snorkelling, biking, hiking and cultural activities.
Green House
5 people
The Green House is our biggest house. It consists of an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate additional toilet and a terrace with barbecue and a small garden.
Charoubi House
3 people
The Charoubi House consists of an almost square, pleasantly proportioned room and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Three single beds are arranged around a round fire place. The kitchen area with beautiful handmade tiles lies on the right side of the entrance door.
Blue House
5 people
The Blue House is separated into two areas through a brick-made room divider. Coming in, the kitchenette lies on the right side. Left of the entrance there is a table providing space to eat or write. In the back of the area there are two beds forming a corner and a coffee table.
Swallow’s Nest
4 people
The Swallow’s Nest is our only house on the first floor. This means that it offers a particularly beautiful view over the sea. With a little luck one can even discover dolphins jumping in the distance from time to time.
The harmonious living area includes a dining table, a fire place with a brick-made sofa, a coffee table, and a large desk under a window with a view of the water through the glaucous branches of an olive tree.
Red House

The Red House is our smallest house but one can still find all the right details to revive. The cottage is very cosy and an old overhanging carob tree provides shadow and coolness during the hottest hours of the day.
Kerkis House
2 people
A distinctiveness of this cottage is the shimmering of the morning light on the sunny yellow tiles in the shower. The architect of Limnionas Village, Werner Wieland, received an award for the exterior view of the bathroom window in the late 1970s.
Dolphin House
2-3 people
The Dolphin House is characterized by round forms and blues which can slowly be discovered over time and reflect the nearby sea.
Entering the house means coming into the living area with its open-plan kitchen and brick-built couch, coffee table, and Mexican ceramic oven.
Yellow House
2 people
During its beginnings, Limnionas Village - Samos Yachting Center was still a sailing school and the Yellow House served as the common room. This is why this cottage is especially spacious.
